Location: Rio Grande Valley , TX

Employment Type: Full-Time

We specialize in offering innovative heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions to a diverse range of mechanical contractors serving the commercial and residential markets. As we expand, we’re seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a salesperson specializing in outside sales.

Job Description:

You will play a key role in driving our business growth by building strong relationships with our customers, suppliers and other stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our products and solutions to meet customer needs and exceed sales goals. You will be supported by a robust inside team who will assist you with bid coordination, takeoffs, pricing and back office support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers in our assigned territory (Rio Grande Valley).
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC products and solutions.
  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for customers.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers as needed.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HVAC sales or other sales (2 years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and solutions, especially on the air distribution side.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Ability and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is a plus but not required.
