Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lash Extension, lash lift, facial, and PMU Specialist at our Bethesda, MD location. Responsibilities include consulting with clients to determine their beauty preferences and desired lash appearance, applying semi-permanent eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring proper hygiene and safety standards are maintained, and providing follow-up care advice. The Lash Extension Specialist will also work to build client relationships and assist with additional beauty services as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in applying semi-permanent eyelash extensions and familiarity with various lash styles and techniques
- Demonstrated knowledge of health, hygiene, and safety protocols within a salon or spa setting
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- State cosmetology or esthetician license, or certification from a recognized training program required
- Ability to work full-time hours at the Bethesda, MD location
- Prior experience in skincare or other beauty services is an advantage
- At least two years experience
