We're on the lookout for a dynamic, motivated Sales Coordinator to be the face of our salon and the backbone of our front-of-house operations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, beauty-focused environment and has a proven track record in sales, customer service, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, professional environment for all clients
- Drive sales by confidently recommending and selling service packages and retail products
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, clearly explaining all services and booking appointments accurately
- Manage the salon schedule: book, reschedule, and adjust appointments efficiently
- Lead and direct the daily flow of the salon, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing downtime
- Support and manage a team of artists, keeping communication clear and operations on track
- Maintain front desk cleanliness and uphold sanitization protocols in common areas
- Track and manage inventory for both retail and backbar supplies
Ideal Candidate:
- Sales experience (preferably in beauty, wellness, or hospitality)
- Confident communicator with strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
