Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyelash Artist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty services, particularly in eyelash extensions, and possess excellent customer service skills. This role involves providing high-quality eyelash extension services while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for clients. The Eyelash Specialist will also engage in retail sales and promote additional services offered at our salon.
This position is for evenings and weekends. We are looking to fill both part time and full time positions.
Duties
- Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and care, ensuring client satisfaction
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene throughout the service process
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and concerns effectively
- Engage in social media video creation to promote services and attract new clients
- Conduct product demonstrations for clients to enhance their experience and drive retail sales
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive salon atmosphere
- Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions, cosmetology, and related beauty services
- Upsell additional services such as spray tanning or body waxing when appropriate
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar role within the beauty industry
- Certification in cosmetology or relevant beauty training programs preferred
- Familiarity with salon software such as VAGARO for appointment management
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Experience in retail sales and upselling techniques is highly desirable
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols in a salon environment
- Additional skills such as lash lifts, tinting, and body waxing are a plus
