Salon Receptionist / Sales Coordinator
We’re looking for more than just a friendly face at the front desk—we want a driven, sales-savvy, mature professional who knows how to create an unforgettable guest experience and maximize revenue. 20-30 hours per week. Shifts needed are mainly 4pm-8pm and Sundays 11-6. Commission and bonuses paid also.
As the first point of contact, you’ll do more than greet clients—you’ll be the heartbeat of our salon. You’ll guide guests through our menu, recommend services and treatments, and upsell retail products that help them look and feel their best.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver a warm, professional welcome to every guest.
- Confidently promote services, memberships, and retail products.
- Maximize bookings and keep schedules running smoothly.
- Meet and exceed sales goals with a results-driven mindset.
- Support the team with strong communication and organization.
What We’re Looking For:
- A natural closer—comfortable recommending and selling services/products.
- Strong people skills with a polished, professional presence.
- Organized, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior salon/spa or retail sales experience is a plus.
- Be able to fill in shifts if needed
