Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Lash Artist to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for enhancing clients' natural beauty through expert eyelash extension application and other aesthetic services. Duties
Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring a comfortable and safe experience for clients (Classic,Hybrid,Volume)
Perform additional beauty services such as eyebrow tinting, eyebrow shaping, lash lifts/tint and facial treatments
Manage client appointments using salon software (Vagaro) and maintain accurate records
Provide exceptional guest services, addressing client needs and offering product recommendations for retail sales
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations in compliance with health regulations
Educate clients on aftercare procedures and product usage for long-lasting results
Promote salon services through social media management and product demos to attract new clients
Assist with retail sales of beauty products, upselling treatments, and managing product inventory
Skills
Proven experience as a Lash Artist or in a similar esthetic role, with knowledge of eyelash extensions application techniques (must have certification)
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
Familiarity with salon management software such as vagaro
Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety procedures in a beauty or medical spa setting
Competence in retail sales, upselling techniques, and product demonstrations to enhance client experience and revenue generation
Excellent communication skills combined with professionalism and attention to detail
Pay Structure:
Tiered Commission: 25%(Lowest) up to 45% (Highest) PLUS 100% Tips. Bonuses based on performance.

Monday: OFF
Tuesday: OFF
Wednesday: 2-7PM
Thursday: 9-2PM
Friday: 2-7PM
Saturday: OFF
Sunday: 9-2PM, 2-7PM or 9-7PM
