- Set up laser cutting machines
- Operate laser equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring precise cuts according to detailed blueprints and technical drawings.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on laser machinery
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other tools to inspect parts for quality compliance.
- Handle materials with forklifts and other materials handling equipment to load raw materials and unload finished products.
- Collaborate with team members.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, machine logs, and quality control records.
- Proven experience operating laser cutting machines in a manufacturing or factory setting.
- Ability to read blueprints accurately.
- Knowledge of materials handling procedures including forklift operation.
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quality assessments; experience with precision measuring instruments such as calipers.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
