Duties
- Operate and maintain laser equipment for various aesthetic treatments, including laser hair removal
- Perform esthetic laser treatments following strict safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines
- Assist clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing pre- and post-treatment care instructionS
- Ensure all treatment areas meet sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning and sterilizing equipment and workspaces
- Utilize salon management software Thyv to schedule appointments, update client records, and process payments
- Maintain detailed documentation of treatments performed and client progress for accurate records
Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales within a beauty or skincare environment to promote services effectively
- Strong knowledge of esthetic laser treatments and their applications

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to educate clients on treatment options and aftercare
- Deep understanding of sanitation practices to ensure a safe treatment environment
- Cosmetology or esthetician license required; additional certifications in laser technology preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
