Regional Sales Manager

LaserLinc, an industry leader in precision measurement solutions, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across a designated territory. In this role, you'll manage the full sales cycle, work directly with manufacturers and OEMs, deliver product demonstrations on customer production lines, and partner with engineering teams to provide innovative technical solutions.

What You'll Do

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close and post-sale support
• Build relationships with manufacturers, OEMs, and strategic accounts
• Conduct virtual, tabletop, and on-site manufacturing demonstrations
• Collaborate with applications engineers to develop customer solutions
• Manage opportunities, forecasting, and pipeline activity in Salesforce
• Identify new business through LinkedIn, industrial databases, networking, and referrals
• Represent LaserLinc at industry events and trade shows

What We're Looking For

• 2 years of technical sales, applications engineering, or technical support experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing, measurement systems, SPC, or industrial technology is a plus
• Open to early-career candidates, including engineering graduates with a strong interest in sales

Compensation & Benefits

$140K OTE (Target: $70K Base $70K Commission, uncapped earning potential)

Hybrid Schedule

• At least 1 day work-from-home per week
• Regular time at company headquarters in Fairborn, OH
