What You'll Do
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining our facility and equipment while ensuring a safe and productive work environment. Your responsibilities include:
- Safely operate forklifts and manlifts.
- Perform light electrical repairs and basic plumbing maintenance.
- Complete painting, building repairs, and general facility maintenance projects.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance on facility equipment.
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete maintenance and repair work.
- Lift, move, and install heavy equipment and materials safely.
- Work from ladders and elevated platforms while following all safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Work independently, prioritize daily maintenance tasks, and communicate progress with supervisors.
- Assist with additional maintenance projects and duties as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in industrial or facility maintenance preferred.
- Working knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing repairs.
- Experience safely using hand tools and power tools.
- Forklift and manlift experience preferred (or willingness to become certified).
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding work.
- Comfortable working at heights and on ladders.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills and a strong commitment to workplace safety.

Pay: $25.77 - $32.00 per hour
