Sales Director – Medical Aesthetics

$80–115K OTE (Base Revenue Share)

The Role: Own your location's P&L and revenue performance by building and leading a high-performing clinic team that drives daily sales conversion, patient retention, and profitability. You'll be a hands-on operator, personally closing 15–25% of your clinic's revenue while coaching Patient Care Coordinators and clinicians to hit their goals.

You'll Own:

• P&L & Revenue: Your location's monthly and annual revenue targets and EBITDA
• Team: 2–4 Patient Care Coordinators 2–3 Clinicians
• Sales: Direct contributor coaching PCCs on same-day conversions and cross-sell
• Operations: Staffing, inventory, scheduling, equipment maintenance, brand standards, NPS (target 4.5 stars)

How We Work:

• In-Clinic: 5 days/week, 8-hour shifts including 1 weekend day
• Pace: Real-time problem-solving. Clinician doesn't show? You cover. Patient walk-in? You close.
• Reports to: Regional Sales Director

You Must Have:

1. 3 years sales leadership in high-touch B2C or B2B services (consultative selling, customer relationships, revenue ownership)
2. P&L accountability – You've owned a P&L, managed sales KPIs, or led teams against financial targets
3. Full in-clinic availability – 5 8-hour shifts/week, including weekends (non-negotiable for managing flow and retention)
4. Team-building track record – You've hired, trained, and coached sales or front-line teams
5. Comfort with systems – Google Suite, CRM software, scheduling tools; you learn fast and use data to drive decisions

Medical aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or luxury B2C background. CRM experience. Track record driving same-day upsell. Passion for team culture.
