Game Coach

Laser Tag On The Go is a fully mobile laser tag company based in Monroe, CT, delivering high-energy, interactive gaming experiences at camps, schools, birthday parties, and community events. Using state-of-the-art laser tag equipment and customizable playing fields, we bring the excitement directly to our clients—whether it’s a large athletic field, gym, or backyard.

We are seeking a part-time or full-time Game Coach for an in-person position based in Monroe, CT. This role is hands-on and event-focused, requiring staff to travel to event locations, set up equipment, run games, and engage with participants.

Game Coaches are responsible for leading laser tag games, ensuring player safety, managing equipment, and creating a fun, energetic, and memorable experience for guests of all ages. This role involves working directly with children, parents, camp staff, and event coordinators and requires a positive attitude and strong customer interaction skills.
