Job Brief:
Small, privately owned business in Novi, MI is seeking an entry level Quality Assurance Inspector to conduct incoming and outgoing inspection. You will receive comprehensive training on the standards and procedures outlined in our Quality Management System. We are seeking a team member who is willing to take directions, eager to learn, punctual, detailed oriented, self-motivated, and good at communication. Candidate needs to be willing to do whatever it takes to complete tasks on time and accurately, while working in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect incoming components and finished product using basic hand gauges and tools (e.g., thread gauges, calipers, etc.);
- Use a computer to input data into ERP system and multiple databases;
- Perform and take ownership of all assigned duties as required while working in a fast-paced, dynamic, team environment.
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills a plus (i.e., MS Office, email, etc.).
- Self-motivated.
- Dependable.
- Willingness to be a team member and help as directed for any assignment.

Education:
