POSITION SUMMARY
Experienced full time Medical Spa Aesthetician trained in all facets of the med spa services, sales and clinic performance. Support the Clinical Practice and perform exceptional treatments on our clients.
* EXPERIENCE IN MEDSPA CONSULTATIONS A MUST.
Essential functions include:
- Perform treatments on clients including Laser Hair Removal, Body Contouring and Skin Rejuvenation.
- Step in as Lead Sales Consultant.
- Cross promotion of treatments and services to enhance client outcomes and business results.
- Maintain strong relationships with all current and previous clients.
- Builds strong and ongoing client rapport.
- Supports team members in a positive culture and environment.
- Exceedingly high level of professionalism and dedication to clients, team and management.
- Responsible for business performance, KPIs and service scores.
Qualifications:
- Licenses Aesthetician in Massachusetts or equal qualification.
- Successful sales experience in a Salon or Spa atmosphere
- Certified in medical spa laser treatments including laser hair removal.
- Proven track record in client nurturing and retention.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong phone skills, written and verbal.
- Must be a self-starter and hold yourself accountable for performance and results.
- Compelling interpersonal skills with a strong ability to influence.
- Willing to go the extra mile in areas to enhance the success of the clinic.
Salary : $70,000 - $100,000
