We are currently seeking a skilled, personable, and dependable Phlebotomist to join our team. This position focuses primarily on performing blood draws for Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) procedures used in aesthetic and regenerative medicine.

Position Summary

The PRF Phlebotomist will be responsible for performing safe and successful venipuncture, preparing PRF according to established protocols, and assisting providers during PRF treatments. The ideal candidate has excellent venipuncture skills, enjoys working with patients, and maintains a calm, confident demeanor.

Experience with PRP/PRF is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate with strong phlebotomy skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture for PRF procedures with a high success rate.
• Process blood samples using PRF centrifuge protocols.
• Prepare PRF for use in aesthetic and regenerative treatments.
• Maintain sterile technique and infection control standards.
• Verify patient identity and review medical history prior to treatment.
• Educate patients on the blood draw process and answer questions professionally.
• Monitor patients during and after blood collection for adverse reactions.
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation.
• Ensure treatment rooms are stocked, organized, and sanitized.
• Assist providers with PRF procedures as needed.
• Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and Laser Loft safety protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service to every patient.

Qualifications

• Current Phlebotomy Certification required.
• Previous venipuncture experience required.
• Strong venipuncture skills with difficult draws preferred.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical spa environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience in aesthetics, wellness, dermatology, or plastic surgery is a plus.
