What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supervisor for a Laser Tag Center in Mission Viejo position at Laser Land?
The role of a supervisor is a key position in the family entertainment center. It is not only the person who manages most of the workers in the center but also impose culture and attitudes to clients.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
a) Promote the values of Laser Land LLC among subordinates.
b) Maintain center appearance and structure to company standards.
c) Receive successful results on KPIs.
d) Follow all policies, procedures, and Rules of Conduct and be flexible to meet customer needs.
e) Manage the work of game assistants, waiters, baristas, and cleaners.
f) Help game assistants, waiters, barista, cleaners, and sales managers.
g) Make effective decisions by analyzing information and considering priorities.
h) Schedule work of subordinates.
i) Build and leverage strong, lasting relationships with people inside and outside of the business.
j) Recruit, hire, coach, train, and continually develop of all game assistants, waiters, barista, and cleaners.
k) Work with PC and phone applications to facilitate processes
l) Uses understanding of the business to develop long-term strategies to competitively position the company.
m) Be responsive and empathetic to guest needs.
n) Legal rights to work in the US.
Requirements: a) Minimum of 1 year of management/supervision experience. b) Like to work with clients of all ages. c) Desire to effectively perform the responsibilities listed above. d) Excellent customer service skills e) Experienced PC user f) Legal rights to work in the US. 3) Job Type: Full-time and Part-time 4) Work authorization: United States (Required)
