We’re looking for a detail-driven Billing / Purchase Order Administrator who takes pride in getting the numbers right and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- - Generate and issue invoices for all completed customer orders
- - Review pricing and order details for accuracy before billing
- - Resolve discrepancies by coordinating with internal teams
- - Maintain organized billing records and documentation
- - Support month-end billing activities as needed
- - Provide excellent internal and external customer service
- - Monitor invoice aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
- - Support collections efforts to ensure timely customer payments
- - Reconcile purchase orders against invoices and completed work
- - Collaborate with operations and purchasing teams to resolve PO discrepancies
- - Assist in improving billing and PO workflows for accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications
- - 1–2 years of experience as a billing specialist or similar role
- - High school diploma or equivalent
- - Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- - Comfort working with billing systems and basic office software
- - Ability to manage deadlines and handle a high volume of orders
- - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- - Experience using CRM systems for billing or order management
- - Strong organizational and communication skills
