Greater Pittsburgh Market| Field-Based with Office in Ebensburg, PA

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven B2B Sales Representative to grow our presence across the Greater Pittsburgh market. In this role, you will engage directly with business clients, uncover new opportunities for our laser engraving and promotional product services, and help us stay ahead of trends in branded merchandise and corporate gifting. You will also manage existing relationships with current customers in the region and continue to service and expand their needs.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working independently, is energized by building long-term client relationships, and has a creative eye for product opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and pursue new B2B leads across corporate, manufacturing, education, sports, nonprofit, and small business segments.
  • Conduct prospecting outreaches weekly (calls, in-person visits, networking events) to build a strong pipeline.
  • Demonstrate our capabilities to prospective clients, including laser engraving, promotional products, awards, and personalization services.
  • Research market trends, seasonal demand, and competitor offerings to keep our catalog and pricing competitive.
  • Recommend new product ideas based on emerging niches and customer feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activity, and report regularly to ownership.
  • Achieve or exceed annual revenue targets

What You Bring

Required:

  • [2 ] years of B2B sales, account management, or related customer-facing experience.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your day with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, motor vehicle records (MVR) check, and drug screening.

Preferred:

  • Experience selling promotional products, awards, signage, or printing services.
  • Existing network of business contacts in the Greater Pittsburgh area.
  • Creative interest in engraving, personalization, or handmade goods.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: [$45,000 ], commensurate with experience
  • Commission: [5%-10% based on product sales (apparel, promo merchandise, hardgoods]
  • Performance bonuses for new commercial accounts and monthly milestones
  • Paid time off: Flexible as needed after the 90-day onboarding period
  • Monthly expense reimbursement (mileage/food, etc)
  • Health Subscription Plan available
  • Retirement plan / 401(k) details after 90 day probational period
  • Phone, laptop, and marketing materials provided

Compensation and benefits will be reviewed at the end of a 90-day onboarding period.
