Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Senior Copier & IT Sales Consultant to join our team on-site in Ocala, FL, Tampa, Jacksonville, Orlando or Gainesville. The role involves building strong relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities in copier and IT solutions, and generating new business through lead generation strategies. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets. The consultant will collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients while supporting and growing Laser Action Plus's reputation as a leading provider of managed print and IT services.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in IT Sales, including the ability to identify customer needs and provide technical solutions.
- Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation to grow and maintain client portfolios.
- Strong proficiency in Information Technology, with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills to build relationships, articulate solutions, and manage client expectations.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a customer-focused approach.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in managed print services or copier sales, as well as certifications or familiarity with brands such as HP, Lexmark, Toshiba, or Microsoft, are a plus.
