Service Lane Assistants

Job Description

• Keep all walk-ways and entrances clear of snow and debris.
• Pick up all trash around lot and fence against highway.
• Run errands for all stores including collection and distribution of postal and internal mail.
• Help service advisors write up customer vehicles
• Detail vehicles for quicker lot appearance and contact management for direction when vehicle is soiled beyond correction or may cause a health hazard.
• Wash customer vehicles occasionally upon the request of the service advisor.
• Spot all vehicles for delivery.
• Inspect vehicles after wash.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks such as changing light bulbs, tent sales preparation and tear down, assembling new furniture, etc..
• Ability to work and communicate effectively with others.
• Ability to achieve high standards by focusing on customer satisfaction, getting results, getting details right, and displaying professionalism and integrity.
• Ability to handle pressure, adapt to change, maintain composure and work to resolve conflicts while maintaining a pleasant and positive demeanor.
• Able to successfully manage priorities and organize workload to accomplish organizational goals and deadlines.

Job Requirements

• Valid U.S. Driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work and communicate effectively with others by valuing teamwork, listening, speaking, and writing effectively.
• Ability to multitask effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to achieve high standards by focusing on customer satisfaction, working efficiently, and displaying professionalism with integrity.
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
• Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
• Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
