Urgent Care Front Desk (Haitian Creole)

LaSante Health Center is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to provide excellent customer service, manage appointments, and handle patient inquiries. The ideal candidate will greet patients warmly and maintain a welcoming reception area. They will also manage phone calls and administrative tasks efficiently to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients professionally both in person and over the phone
• Quickly answering or properly referring questions and issues
• Optimizing provider schedules and patient satisfaction with efficient scheduling
• Notifying providers of patient arrivals
• Ensuring availability of treatment information by retrieving and updating patient records
• Verifying financial records and collecting patient charges while filing and expediting third-party claims
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Haitian Creole
• Customer service skills
• Familiarity with medical terminology
