Salary: $100k /Year based on experience

LaSante Health Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support providers in addressing patients' healthcare needs. The chosen candidate will act as a crucial member of the care team, delivering safe, quality patient care and services, including patient education and assisting with hands-on treatment. 

Responsibilities: 

·         Room patients, assist physician/provider in setting up for procedures and exams 

·         Collect and document patient history, vital signs, and relevant information promptly. 

·         Provide education to patients 

·         Assist physicians with examinations, diagnostic procedures, and treatment. 

·         Disinfect and sterilize instruments, equipment, and reusable supplies. 

·         Maintain inventory of supplies in exam rooms and designated areas as directed by Nurse Manager (e.g., immunizations). 

·         Inform supervisor of any issues hindering quality care delivery. 

·         Assist in addition tasks as directed by supervisor 

Qualifications: 

·         Healthcare experience preferred. 

·         Current RN license in New York. 

·         Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. 

·         Ability to effectively interact with physicians, patients, and staff. 

·         Happy, welcoming, team player.
