Senior Supply Chain Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies to optimize procurement, production, inventory, and distribution
- Use data analytics to identify improvements and resolve business challenges
- Drive logistics efficiency, vendor negotiations, and continuous improvement with internal teams
- Enhance demand forecasting and inventory management
- Improve KPI tracking and reporting for project visibility
- Support raw material R&D and vendor procurement
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards
- Assist with NetSuite implementation and process optimization
Senior Supply Chain Manager Requirements:
- 5 years in supply chain management, ideally in alcohol, beverage, or CPG
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, finance, or related field
- Hands-on NetSuite experience, including implementation and automation
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros, etc.)
- Proven track record in process optimization and cost reduction
