LaSalle Network has partnered with a top-tier consumer packaged goods (CPG) company specializing in the confectionery space to find a Senior Contract Recruiter to join their team! This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving high-impact hiring initiatives within their corporate sales and commercial marketing divisions.
In this role, you'll take ownership of the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to identify top talent and ensure a seamless hiring experience. This is a fast-paced, high-visibility position where your expertise will make an immediate impact.
Senior Contract Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for Sales & Commercial Marketing roles, managing 25-30 active requisitions simultaneously
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs, provide strategic guidance, and ensure alignment throughout the hiring process
- Deliver a seamless, high-touch candidate experience in a fast-paced, competitive hiring environment
- Maintain an onsite presence (2-3 days per week) to collaborate directly with key stakeholders and leadership, fostering strong relationships and driving hiring success
Senior Contract Recruiter Requirements:
- 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong preference for professionals with CPG/FCPG industry expertise
- Proven success in Sales & Commercial Marketing recruiting, with the ability to attract and close top talent in these competitive spaces
- Ability to own the recruitment process end-to-end, from sourcing to offer negotiation, while driving efficiency and results
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a polished and professional approach
- Experience managing high-volume, fast-paced recruitment efforts, balancing multiple priorities with agility and confidence
