Project Manager

Our client is seeking a highly execution-focused Project Manager with strong experience in construction, renovation, or ground-up builds. This role is hands-on and site-driven, requiring someone who can take full ownership of project delivery—ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution across construction, renovation, or new build initiatives
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor on-site progress daily and proactively address delays or issues
• Ensure projects stay within scope, budget, and timeline constraints
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards
• Manage procurement, resource allocation, and cost tracking
• Provide clear and consistent project updates to leadership
  
  

Qualifications

• 3 years of project management experience in construction, renovation, or new development
• Proven track record of managing budgets and timelines successfully
• Strong on-site presence with the ability to drive progress and accountability
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment
• Familiarity with project management tools and construction documentation processes

Key Details

• Location: On-site (5 days per week)
• Compensation: $110,000–$120,000 base salary and eligibility to earn 10% bonus
