Leasing Consultant

LaSalle Network is currently working with a client who is hiring for a Leasing Consultant. This position is ONSITE in their Milwaukee, WI office! Our client is looking for an individual that is outgoing, open-minded, and ready to learn!

Leasing Consultant Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service, conduct market surveys, and handle various aspects of leasing, including showing and moving in prospective community members
• Provide daily updates of unit availability
• Process rental applications and maintenance requests, and managing collections
• Oversee 3 sites in the WI area
• Monday- Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
  
  

Leasing Consultant Requirements:

• Property Management Experience (not required but preferred)
• Administrative or accounting experience
• Customer Service and communication skills
