What’s the job?
- Lead deployment and management of Microsoft 365 Copilot across the organization
- Build and optimize custom AI agents using Copilot Studio
- Partner with legal and administrative teams to identify high-impact AI use cases
- Enhance workflows like document review, research, and meeting prep
- Provide Tier 2/3 support across Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive
- Strengthen governance using Microsoft Purview, DLP, and eDiscovery tools
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Security, and external vendors
- Create training materials and lead user adoption initiatives
What’s needed?
- 3 years of Microsoft 365 administration experience
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio
- Strong knowledge of Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and OneDrive
- Experience with Microsoft Purview, DLP, and compliance frameworks
- PowerShell scripting and automation experience
- Proven troubleshooting and escalation support capabilities
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience in legal or regulated industries is a plus
