Job Description
We are seeking a Strategic HR Partner to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will provide strategic and operational support to our leadership team, driving HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance, and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- People Strategy Development: Develop and implement a people strategy that aligns with business goals, collaborating with leadership and HR teams to support workforce planning and operational needs.
- Employee Lifecycle Oversight: Oversee key aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, performance management, and succession planning.
- Leadership Support: Partner with leadership to enhance employee development, offering coaching, training, and leadership programs to drive a high-performance culture.
- Employee Relations Expertise: Provide expert advice on employee relations, handling performance issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters with a focus on resolution and compliance.
- Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for process improvements and policy enhancements to increase HR efficiency and effectiveness.
- Data Analysis: Analyze HR data and generate reports to provide insights that inform decision-making and support business objectives.
- Compensation and Benefits Review: Support compensation and benefits reviews, ensuring competitive and fair pay structures.
- Best Practices Collaboration: Collaborate with HR centers of expertise to drive best practices and enhance HR service delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field; HR certification preferred.
- Extensive HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced or manufacturing environment.
- Strong expertise in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
- Proven ability to lead change initiatives and resolve complex HR issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with HRIS systems preferred.
