M-F 5 hrs day TBD / 25 hrs wk Any combination equivalent to: bachelors degree or college level course work in physical education / therapy or a related field and successful experience in providing physical therapy services in accredited medical centers, hospitals / clinics, and /or agencies, especially related to children and adolescents.
