Director, Wellness and Assisted Living
Award-winning Las Ventanas at Summerlin, a HumanGood community, seeks an experienced Director of Wellness & Assisted Living to oversee daily operations, provide clinical leadership, and direct wellness initiatives across care continuum.
- Lead Assisted Living program, ensuring high standards of clinical care, regulatory compliance, and strong administrative leadership.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support wellness efforts across all levels of care, including Independent Living.
- Explore and develop expanded supportive services enhancing the community's continuum of care.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 5 years prior related experience, 2 in long-term nursing or acute care, and 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Licensed Registered Nurse preferred; LVN/LPN in NV required.
