Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Medical Assistant located in Henderson, NV. The Medical Assistant will handle clinical and administrative duties, including assisting healthcare providers with patient care, managing medical records, maintaining the medical office, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the practice. Patient interaction and quality care are key components of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Medical Assisting and knowledge of Medical Terminology
- Experience with Medical Records management and Medical Office procedures
- Commitment to providing excellent Patient Care
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare team
- Certification as a Medical Assistant or equivalent qualification is preferred
- Familiarity with urology practices is a plus
- Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems is an advantage
