Little Shop of Magic in Las Vegas, NV is looking for sales floor associate to join our team. We have positions open at our newest location in the Las Vegas South Premium Outlets at 7400 Las Vegas BLVD S Ste 239, Las Vegas, NV 89123. Full and Part Time Positions Available.
**Job Description**
As the Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our sales floor and register areas. Your primary duties will include ensuring excellent customer experience, keeping the sales floor tidy and stocked, ensuring accurate inventory numbers and supplementing internal inventory databases. The ideal candidate is able to work independently and as member of team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure the sales floor is well-organized, stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
- Assist customers with product purchases, inquiries, and special requests.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with the inventory team to manage stock levels and product displays.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience with register and money handling preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Basic computer and typing skills required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- An interest in tabletop games and knowledge of the gaming industry preferred.
- Weekend availability required
