Job Summary:
The Store Manager will oversee the daily operations of our North Las Vegas/Centennial store, ensuring that all business functions run smoothly while providing outstanding customer service. This role encompasses team leadership, sales optimization, inventory control, and compliance with company standards to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in business management preferred.
- 3 years of experience in retail management or a related field, preferably in convenience store operations.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; experience with budget management.
- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Able to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods.
