- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment by following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of the kitchen at the beginning and end of shifts, respectively.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding menu items and accommodate special requests when possible.
