Office Oversight & Performance

Office Oversight & Performance
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for all international PR representative offices.
- Develop, approve, and oversee annual market PR plans and budgets to ensure alignment with LVCVA strategic priorities.
- Establish clear KPIs and performance expectations for each international office (earned media, engagement, reporting cadence, and strategic initiative support) and regularly evaluate performance against those metrics.
- Ensure consistent reporting standards and measurable ROI across all international markets.
- Oversee and approve international FAM programs and media itineraries to ensure they are strategic, cost-effective, and aligned with editorial and brand priorities.
- Provide messaging and positioning guidance for in-market PR activities, ensuring curated destination experiences reflect current brand narratives.
- Partner with International Marketing on missions, trade shows, and initiatives that include both trade and PR components.
- Coordinate PR strategy, messaging, and press engagement for inaugural flights, air service expansion, and international travel missions and events.
- Work closely with Airline Development, Research, Marketing, Corporate Communications, and international offices to align global messaging and maintain timely information flow.
- Maintains awareness and knowledge of industry trends, developments, innovations and emerging trends.
- Prepares and distributes the weekly media opportunities newsletter and other communication documents to resort and allied partners.
- Researches, writes, edits, and updates press releases, talking points, articles, and other communication materials.
- Manage program budget for assigned markets.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field, or high school diploma (or equivalent) plus 4 additional years equivalent job-related experience.
- Accomplished, seasoned public relations, communications, or journalism professional with 5-7 years experience driving impactful outcomes in strategic public relations and/or communications disciplines.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity, with the ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and audiences in communication and actions.
- Writes, reads, analyzes, and interprets complex documents including reports, budgets, business correspondence, sales collateral, and procedure manuals.
- Strong presentation and listening skills, with ability to speak effectively to diverse audiences (leadership, clients, partners, and the general public), respond to questions, and adapt style across formats.
- Advanced listening and communication skills with clients, vendors, management, and other Ambassadors in a variety of formats.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
- Must be able to work non-traditional office hours as needed, and travel for extended periods when necessary.
- Must have or be able to obtain a current U.S. Passport for required international travel. The role requires the ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed; multilingual capability is strongly preferred.

Salary : $80,500 - $100,600
