Las Vegas Boat Harbor and Lake Mead Marina are looking for energetic people who want to work on Lake Mead in a fast paced team environment.
Located within the Lake Mead National Recreation Area.
* Weekends and Holidays are a must
* All applicants must have their own transportation. Transportation systems do not come to the marina.

Must be able to lift 20 pounds
Responsibilities --
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items to meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow during service.
- Assist in meal preparation and plating, ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking stations.
- Participate in menu planning and contribute ideas for special dietary needs.
