About The Role
This is a seasonal, part time, on call position responsible for providing support to the Ballpark Support department performing a full range of duties at the Las Vegas Ballpark.
What You Will Do
Participate in the set-up and breakdown of all events. This may include cleaning, lifting and/or moving tables, chairs, umbrellas, fencing, etc.
Participate in the handing out of promotional items.
Assist shipping/receiving as needed.
Work closely with all departments as requested.
Interact with clients, contractors, consultants, and managers in a positive and helpful manner.
Assist Ballpark Support Manager.
Retain extensive knowledge of the Las Vegas Ballpark, stadium procedures, etc.
Provide accurate directions throughout stadium for fans, guests, and clients.
Engage and interact with clients, fans, and stadium staff.
Other related duties as assigned.
About You
Strong communication skills preferred.
Strong multi-tasking and time management skills.
Must be able to work at least 50 games including Opening Day and holidays.
Must be able to lift, pull, push and/or carry 50 pounds as necessary.
Initiative and has a hardworking, positive attitude.
Ability to stand, sit and walk for up to 6-8 hours.
Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions to include extreme heat cold and rain.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including but not limited to days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Compensation: starting at $17 per hour
