Job Description
The RN staff nurse provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures of Las Palmas Del Sol Healthcare and the Texas Board of Nursing. In collaboration with the patient, the patient's family and other members of the healthcare team, the clinical RN assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and coordinates treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides direct nursing care to critically ill patients
- Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Maintains accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A current RN license in the state of Texas
- ACLS certification (within 6 months of hire)
- Experience working in a critical care setting preferred
