Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Bartender role at Las Margaritas, located in Southampton, PA. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, handling customer orders with outstanding service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar environment. Daily responsibilities include greeting guests promptly, crafting cocktails to specification, ensuring proper cash handling, and assisting with restocking and inventory management. You will be an integral part of delivering Las Margaritas’ immersive and lively dining and nightlife experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences and address inquiries or concerns professionally.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Experience and knowledge in Food & Beverage service, including an understanding of menu items and beverage preparation.
- Proficiency in Cash Handling and operating point-of-sale systems with accuracy and efficiency.
- Demonstrated Bartending expertise, including knowledge of drink recipes, preparation techniques, and maintaining a safe and responsible serving environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage time efficiently, and maintain composure under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and late hours, including shift work during the nightlife hours of the restaurant.
- Previous food service or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
