An FBI fingerprint background check will be conducted on all new hires of the Las Cruces Public Schools at a cost to the employee. Continued employment will be contingent upon the results of the background check.
- Must meet the minimum qualifications and performance responsibilities for a LCPS Special Education Teacher/Case Manager
- Must possess a Level 2 or 3 New Mexico Special Education Teaching license
- Must have 3- 5 years of experience teaching special education students preferably at the middle school level
