An FBI fingerprint background check will be conducted on all new hires of the Las Cruces Public Schools at a cost to the employee. Continued employment will be contingent upon the results of the background check.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in social work, education, or counseling from a regionally accredited college or university.
- Current New Mexico Social Worker License, Counseling License or Level II or III teacher license
- Five years of demonstrated, knowledge, skills, and teaching success
- Outstanding verbal, written communication and organizational skills
