What It Takes to Be Part of Our Team as an Assistant Office Manager:
- Previous experience with management or assistant management of a dental office required
- Leadership and team management skills
- Experience overseeing daily dental office operations
- Knowledge of dental insurance verification, billing, and claims processing
- Experience managing patient scheduling and treatment coordination
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain an efficient, positive, patient-centered office environment
- Experience with dental practice management software preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office setting
