This position is Part-Time/PRN.

Job Description: Are you passionate about helping others communicate effectively? Do you have a knack for making therapy sessions fun and engaging? If so, we want you on our team! As a Speech Therapist at Las Colinas Post Acute, you'll work with a diverse group of patients, from those recovering from strokes to individuals with speech and language disorders. Your goal will be to develop personalized treatment plans that make a real difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and their families on strategies to improve communication.
• Keep detailed records of patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid state licensure and ASHA certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
