- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment.
- Follow all food safety, infection control, and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with food preparation, storage, inventory, and kitchen organization.
- Collaborate with dietary staff and interdisciplinary team members to support resident nutritional needs.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
- Previous cooking experience required; healthcare, skilled nursing, or institutional cooking experience preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
