What You'll Do As a CNA
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Measure and record vital signs and document care accurately and timely
- Support nurses by following individualized care plans
- Respond promptly and compassionately to resident needs
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
- Maintain a respectful, professional, and caring approach at all times
- A valid California CNA certification
- A compassionate, patient-focused mindset
- A team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
- A genuine desire to support and care for seniors
