Your Role
Lead our community with heart and excellence.
You’ll oversee daily operations, inspire and coach your team, and ensure residents thrive in a safe, happy, and well run environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a strong, compassionate team and mentor them to success
- Achieve and maintain occupancy through community outreach and tours
- Ensure resident satisfaction and address concerns promptly
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and operational goals
- Oversee compliance with all laws, policies, and safety standards
- Partner with department heads on dining, maintenance, and resident programs
- Foster a welcoming, positive culture for residents and staff
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in senior living operations, with the ability to guide, mentor, and inspire teams
- A strong grasp of community operations including occupancy, resident satisfaction, and budget accountability
- Hands on experience with sales, tours, and community outreach to support and maintain strong occupancy
- Confidence navigating compliance, safety standards, and state regulations
- A people first leadership style with excellent communication and relationship building skills
- The ability to balance operational details while keeping residents, families, and team members at the center of every decision
- 6 years of leadership and operations experience in senior living
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must pass background check and health screenings
