Your Role
Lead our community with heart and excellence.
You’ll oversee daily operations, inspire and coach your team, and ensure residents thrive in a safe, happy, and well run environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a strong, compassionate team and mentor them to success
  • Achieve and maintain occupancy through community outreach and tours
  • Ensure resident satisfaction and address concerns promptly
  • Manage budgets, financial reporting, and operational goals
  • Oversee compliance with all laws, policies, and safety standards
  • Partner with department heads on dining, maintenance, and resident programs
  • Foster a welcoming, positive culture for residents and staff

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven leadership experience in senior living operations, with the ability to guide, mentor, and inspire teams
  • A strong grasp of community operations including occupancy, resident satisfaction, and budget accountability
  • Hands on experience with sales, tours, and community outreach to support and maintain strong occupancy
  • Confidence navigating compliance, safety standards, and state regulations
  • A people first leadership style with excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • The ability to balance operational details while keeping residents, families, and team members at the center of every decision
  • 6 years of leadership and operations experience in senior living
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must pass background check and health screenings

Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
