Position Summary
We are seeking a Spring Tester Sales Representative to help maintain and grow our customer relationships. This is primarily an office-based role focused on supporting existing customers, responding to inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers select the right equipment for their application. While the core of the role is relationship-based, there is also opportunity to prospect and develop new business as the market allows. Current travel requirements are limited but may increase over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist with model selection
- Prepare and follow up on quotations
- Communicate product specifications, pricing, and lead times
- Track customer interactions and sales activity in company systems
- Identify opportunities for upgrades or additional equipment
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities as appropriate
- Assist with occasional trade show or customer visit activity as needed
Qualifications
- 3 years' experience in B2B, industrial, manufacturing, or technical sales (strongly preferred)
- Comfort discussing mechanical or technical product features with customers
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple inquiries
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Working Conditions
This position is based at our Ham Lake facility. Travel is currently minimal but may increase as business needs or growth opportunities arise.
