Larson Systems Inc. is hiring a Director of Sales to lead sales across three divisions: precision spring testing equipment, commercial kennel products, and precision machined firearms components. This role manages a small sales team (5 reps) and works directly with customers on key accounts.
What You'll Do
- Support, guide, and develop the sales team
- Maintain relationships with major customers
- Look for new business opportunities and markets
- Assist with quotes, pricing, and product questions
- Work with leadership on growth plans

Compensation
Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentive plan.
Working Conditions

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
