Customer Service & Inside Sales Specialist – Stone Mountain Pet Lodge
Location: Brooklyn Park, MN (Training at Blaine location)
Hours: 30–40 hours/week | Includes weekends and some evenings

Stone Mountain Pet Lodge, the North Metro's premier pet-care destination, is hiring Customer Service & Inside Sales Specialists to join our Call Center and Customer Service team. You'll combine warm customer service with consultative inside-sales skills to help pet owners book lodging, daycare, and grooming while recommending activity packages that ensure a great experience for every pet.
What You'll Do
Handle incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries from new and existing customers
Follow a consultative inside-sales process to recommend upgrades and activity packages
Convert inquiries into confirmed reservations accurately and efficiently
Provide friendly, professional communication with customers and teammates
Achieve individual and team sales goals

2 years of inside-sales, call-center, or customer-service experience
Confident, persuasive communication style
