What You'll Do
- Assemble kennel panels, doors, gates, and related components.
- Use hand and power tools to produce accurate, consistent assemblies.
- Read and follow blueprints and work instructions.
- Inspect finished assemblies to ensure top quality.
- Work with your team to meet daily production goals.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
What We're Looking For
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand/power tools.
- Prior experience in assembly, carpentry, fabrication, or manufacturing preferred.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions.
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Frequent standing, bending, reaching, and manual work throughout the shift.
- Manual dexterity and stamina to perform repetitive tasks.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment.
